La MACSF recherche un Manager relation client pour superviser et développer une équipe au centre de relation client de Lyon. Vous serez référent technique, assurez l’accompagnement des agents et veillez à la qualité du service rendu.
Vous animez les formations et garantissez la montée en compétences, tout en participant aux réunions et en proposant des améliorations opérationnelles pour optimiser les résultats et la satisfaction client.
