GETEC Group cerca un profilo IT Service Management per migliorare i processi nel Digital Workplace. Coordinerai Service Governance tra le parti interne e i Managed Services provider, monitorando KPI, SLA, XLA e le metriche operative per garantire una delivery stabile.
La risorsa contribuirà all Incident, Problem, Change e Major Incident Management, parteciperà a Service Review Meeting, analizzerà cause e svilupperà iniziative di miglioramento.
