Expert Pricing Actuary/Data Analyst - Monza, Lombardia, Italy

Overview

In this role, you support Non-Motor Actuarial Pricing across data-driven analyses to inform business decisions. You work with cross-functional teams to ingest, transform, and explore data, and you prototype ML solutions aligned with business objectives. You model customer behavior using market insights and help implement dashboards for risk and portfolio management. You will contribute to Radar Live projects and tariff/discount rules, driving technical innovation and solution delivery.

Responsabilità

• - Data ingestion, transformation, exploration, and cleaning
• - Structure data science solutions to meet business objectives
• - Build and prototype ML models and support deployment
• - Model customer behavior using market and competitor analysis
• - Develop and enhance dashboards and BI tools for risk analysis and portfolio management
• - Implement Radar Base Projects for Impact Analysis/Scenario Testing
• - Implement tariffs, discounts, UW rules, and renewal processes in Radar Live per technical specs
• - R&D; to identify new technical solutions

Requisiti fondamentali

• - PhD or Master's degree in a quantitative field
• - At least 5 years in a similar role
• - Programming in Python, SAS or R
• - Experience with Pandas or SQL
• - Familiarity with gradient boosting machines and linear models
• - Ability to work independently and engage with stakeholders
• - Fluent in Italian and English
• - Knowledge of Tower Watson Suite: Emblem, Radar
