<p class="text-muted mb-3">ITS Property Maintenance are recruiting for a Driver Labourer / Clearance Operative to join an established and growing property maintenance contractor on a permanent employment contract.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">This is a hands-on role working across properties and sites, carrying out property, garden, communal area and waste clearances, loading and transporting materials and assisting with general labouring duties in void properties (empty properties that need clearing before re-letting to tenants).</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">You will be driving a company van throughout the working day, so a full UK driving licence is essential.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">This is a physically demanding role and will involve regularly lifting, carrying and loading bulky items and waste materials.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">You will be working in the RG and GU postcodes of North Hampshire.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The company van will be collected from the Farnborough depot each morning and returned at the end of each working day, so you must be able to reliably travel to Farnborough.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Full UK driving licence – maximum 6 points</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">No alcohol-related or similar serious driving endorsements</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ideally aged 25+ for company vehicle insurance purposes, although applicants aged 21+ can be considered subject to insurer approval</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Confident and competent driving a commercial/company van</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Previous labouring, clearance, removals, waste collection, property maintenance or similar experience advantageous</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">28 days holiday including Bank Holidays</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Holiday year runs 1 January – 31 December, pro-rated during the first year</p>
