Your responsibilities

Load and safely transport plant equipment and small tools from the branch to customers and construction sites
Deliver equipment on time and to the correct location, keeping customers informed of any delays
Build positive relationships with customers and handle questions or challenging situations professionally
Advise customers on the safe and correct use of equipment where needed
Check the condition of equipment during deliveries and collections and ensure all relevant administration is completed accurately
Collect equipment at the end of the rental period and return it safely to the branch
Work closely with mechanics and branch colleagues to ensure equipment is ready for the next customer
