<p class="text-muted mb-3">We're looking for a reliable and hardworking Driver Operative (7.5 Tonne) to join our Civils team, supporting projects across Sussex, Kent, Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business where no two days are the same, combining driving responsibilities with hands-on site support to help deliver essential infrastructure works.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">As a Driver Operative,</p>

<h5 class="fw-bold text-success mt-4 mb-3">you will play an important role in the safe and efficient delivery of civils works by transporting materials, equipment and waste between sites while supporting operational activities on-site. Working closely with Supervisors, Gangers and site teams, you will help maintain safe, organised and compliant working environments, assist with excavation and utility-related activities, and ensure vehicles and equipment are operated and maintained to the highest standards. The role also includes participation in a call-out rota to support emergency and out-of-hours operational requirements.</h5>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">What We're Looking For</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience driving and operating commercial vehicles, including 7.5 tonne tippers.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Full UK driving licence with C1 entitlement.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Valid Driver CPC qualification.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">A strong focus on health and safety and safe working practices.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Reliable, proactive and able to work effectively as part of a team.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Groundworks, utilities or civils experience would be advantageous but is not essential.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">NRSWA, NPORS Vehicle Marshal, Emergency First Aid or Manual Handling certifications are desirable. Why Join Us?</p>
