<p class="text-muted mb-3">Receptionist duties: </p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Welcoming patients with compassion and ensure confidentiality.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3"> Handling a variety of patient needs, including appointment booking, comfort calls, and dealing with sensitive situations.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3"> You’ll need excellent empathy and strong IT skills to navigate systems while offering support, especially in moments of distress.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ensuring 2 x way communication with the call centres to ensure efficient operations.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Accurate record keeping</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Driver duties: </p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Conduct vehicle and equipment checks and safely transport clinicians to home visits where they’ll provide essential care. You may also be accompanying clinicians into patient homes.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ensuring correct use of equipment and vehicles at all times.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">You must be able to drive both Automatic and Manual vehicles as our IC24 cars are a mixture of both!.</p>
