Job Description & Overview
Zenith Group in Leeds is seeking a Driver Services Administrator for a fixed-term contract. You will handle driver enquiries by phone and email and process service, MOT and repair bookings.
You’ll keep records up to date, maintain SLAs and work with the wider team to identify service improvements while delivering empathetic customer support.
The package includes £26,215.15 salary, 24 days annual leave plus a birthday day, plus health and well-being benefits and opportunities for development.
