<p class="text-muted mb-3">About the Role</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">We are looking for an experienced and motivated Driver Trainer to join our team, supporting operations across two sites in Milton Keynes.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about driver development, compliance, safety, and operational excellence.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring our driver workforce remains fully trained, compliant, and operating to the highest safety standards. Alongside training responsibilities, you'll also provide office support and holiday cover when required, making this a varied and rewarding position.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Conduct assessments and inductions for new drivers.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Deliver driver training and ongoing coaching.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Carry out regular refresher training on SSOW procedures.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Coordinate and complete annual DDP (Driver Development Programme)</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Monitor and maintain driver compliance and training records.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Provide administrative and office support during periods of holiday or absence cover.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Work closely with transport and operational teams to ensure service excellence.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">What We're Looking For</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Previous experience in a Driver Trainer, Transport Trainer, Driver Assessor, or similar role.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Strong knowledge of transport compliance and driver best practice.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience conducting driver assessments and training programmes.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Confident investigating incidents and producing detailed reports.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Excellent communication and coaching skills.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Strong organisational and administrative abilities.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">A flexible and proactive approach to work.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Full UK driving licence.</p>
