Job Description & Overview
LF&E, Swadlincote-based, seeks an experienced Driver Trainer to deliver induction programmes, on-road assessments, refresher training and ongoing compliance across the business. You will work with Fleet, HR and Operations to ensure drivers meet high safety and regulatory standards.
The role will expand to broader compliance and training activities across UK sites, with regular travel, weekend work, and occasional overnight stays, shaping LF&E's training function and improving patient service
