Grand Frais recherche un Responsable GIE pour diriger une équipe opérationnelle dans le cadre du réseau de magasins. Vous serez chargé(e) de recruter, former et fédérer les équipes afin d’atteindre une excellente satisfaction client et une performance durable.
Vous piloterez la masse salariale, gérerez les plannings, et assurerez la gestion administrative du personnel de caisse, avec un accent sur la sécurité et le respect des procédures Grand Frais.
