Job Description & Overview
Evaluation Officer at UN. Grade: P-3. Location: València, Spain. Application deadline: 26 November 2026. Within delegated authority, the Evaluation Officer will be responsible for the following duties:
Performs consulting assignments, in collaboration with the client and relevant partners, by assisting Secretariat entities in planning, managing and/or conducting internal evaluations, or planning and facilitating evaluation workshops, interactive sessions.
Supports UN Secretariat entities in incorporating lessons learned from evaluations into the preparation of programme plans and budgets and analyzes entity evaluation plans outlined in their budget submissions and advises on additional opportunities for regular, periodic internal evaluations, in line with the PPBME.
