Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that engage, challenge, and inspire primary-aged pupils.

Support pupils in developing essential literacy, numeracy, and independent learning skills.

Monitor pupil progress through assessment, feedback, and targeted intervention.

Adapt teaching methods and resources to meet the diverse learning needs and abilities of pupils.

Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of teaching and learning across the school.

Create a positive, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment where every pupil feels supported and can achieve their full potential.

Role

Requirements

A degree alongside Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.

Experience teaching within a primary school setting is desirable.

Strong classroom management and communication skills.

The ability to motivate, challenge, and support pupils of varying abilities to achieve excellent outcomes.

A genuine passion for education and helping young people succeed.
