Job Description & Overview
Dove & Hawk is seeking a Head of Finance for a growing SME group in Hertfordshire. The role leads financial management, control and reporting to ensure robustness and commercial insight.
You will coach the Finance team, manage statutory obligations and partner with operational leaders to drive performance. The ideal candidate will be fully qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with SME multi-entity experience and a track record in board reporting, KPI development and process improvement.
