Our client is looking for a skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their team on a prestigious commercial site in St Pauls.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established building services provider with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality maintenance solutions across London's commercial sector.

Working as part of a dedicated on-site engineering team,

you will be responsible for carrying out both planned preventative maintenance and reactive works across a range of electrical building services systems. The role offers long-term stability, opportunities for further training, and clear routes for career progression.

Duties:

Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance

Maintenance of single and three-phase power systems

Motors, pumps, emergency lighting and fire alarm testing

Basic BMS operation and monitoring

Safe isolation of plant and equipment

Diagnosing and rectifying electrical faults

Ensuring all works are completed in line with current regulations and site procedures

Completing logbooks, RAMS and maintenance records

Raising and closing work orders via PDA systems

Supporting general building services maintenance where required

Requirements

Fully qualified Electrician (City & Guilds, NVQ, EAL or equivalent)

18th Edition Wiring Regulations

Minimum 3 years' experience within commercial building services maintenance

Strong fault-finding and maintenance experience

Professional and client-facing approach

Able to work both independently and as part of a team

Located within a commutable distance of the City of London Salary & Benefits:

£50,000 - £52,000 per annum

Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

No call-out rota
