We are hiring a Senior Solutions Engineer to lead complex engineering analyses, develop high-impact energy-optimisation solutions, and provide technical leadership across client projects.

This is a senior, high-autonomy role that combines deep engineering expertise, data analysis, and delivery leadership, with the opportunity to shape how industrial energy systems are optimised across global client sites.

The Opportunity

You will work across the full lifecycle of industrial energy projects from data analysis and opportunity identification through to engineering design and implementation support.

You will also play a key role in leveraging CoolPlanet’s digital platform (CPOS) to analyse performance data, identify opportunities and deliver measurable energy and carbon reductions.

Engineering&TechnicalLeadership

• Leadcomplexenergyassessments,engineeringstudiesandsolutiondevelopmentactivitiesacrossindustrialclientsites
• Analyselargedatasetstogenerateactionableengineeringinsightsandidentifyoptimisationopportunities
• Defineandreviewenergy-savingcalculations,modelsandtechnicalreports
• LeadFront-EndEngineeringDesign(FEED)activitiesandprovideoversightfordetaileddesign(EDD)
• Actasaseniortechnicalinterfacewithclients,suppliersandcontractors

DeliveryLeadership

• Takeownershipofdeliveryacrossdefinedengineeringworkstreams
• Plan,prioritiseandcoordinateengineeringactivitieswithinstructuredprojectenvironments
• Managerisks,datachallengesanddeliveryblockersproactively
• Ensureprogressandoutcomesareclearlycommunicatedtointernalandexternalstakeholders
• Drivecontinuousimprovementinengineeringstandards,toolsanddeliveryprocesses
