Estimator

Tasks:

Become an expert on product range and compliance standards

Liaise with clients, understanding project

requirements and making suitable recommendations

Ensure products comply with legal and safety compliance regs

Prepare detailed estimates and quotes on recommendations

Maintain strong relations with clients

Collaborate with internal team with a focus on accuracy and efficiency

Manage data in excel and other technical platforms

What we want:

Outstanding attention to detail - accuracy is critical

Confident communication skills, verbally and written

Strong excel and data management skills

Problem solving skills

Ability to work autonomously

Understand compliance and industry regulations

Desirable:

Estimating experience with construction, M&E, or engineering

Ability to read specifications and tender docs.

Knowledge of fire dampers, smoke control dampers, or control panels

On offer:

£30-35k performance based annual bonus

25 holidays + bank holidays
