Factory Operative

A client of ours in the Witham, Essex area is recruiting a Factory Operative to join their team.

This is an ongoing full-time temporary position, working Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm with an early finish every Friday, and paying £12.71 per hour.

Your

key duties in this Factory Operative role will include but are not limited to

Packing finished products ready for dispatch

Carrying out basic assembly work

Operating production machinery following training

Labelling products and preparing orders

Completing basic quality checks

Keeping the work area clean and organised

Working as part of a team to meet daily targets

Skills and Experience required to be considered for this role

Previous factory, production, warehouse or packing experience is preferred but not essential

Good timekeeping and reliability

A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills

Ability to follow instructions and health and safety procedures

Comfortable with manual handling

Good teamwork skills

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday

7:30am – 4:30pm, with an early finish every Friday
