Job Description & Overview
NHS Scotland is seeking a Falls Coordinator to lead, coordinate and develop evidence-based strategies to reduce inpatient falls and improve safety for frail older adults at the Western General Hospital site. The role provides specialist clinical expertise, supporting multidisciplinary teams through education, upskilling and coaching to strengthen assessment, prevention and intervention practices.
