Finance Manager

In this role you will own the finance function in a growing SME, partnering with senior management to deliver insightful financial analysis and robust controls. You will manage the monthly cycle, management accounts, forecasting, budgets and working capital, while coordinating VAT, payroll, tax and statutory reporting. A strong improvement agenda will see you strengthen processes, systems and reporting to enable informed decision-making and sustainable growth. This is a hands-on, autonomous role with visible impact in a trusted, entrepreneurial environment.

• Own and oversee the monthly finance cycle and management accounts
• Lead cash-flow forecasting, budgeting and forecasting, and working capital management
• Manage financial controls and statutory reporting (VAT, payroll, tax)
• Coordinate with external accountants, advisers and banking partners
• Support funding requirements and provide profitability, margin and pricing analysis
• Drive the improvement agenda to strengthen processes, controls, systems and reporting
• Provide constructive challenge and translate financial data into actionable business insight
• Collaborate with senior management to support growth and strategic decisions

• Qualified Finance
