Job Description & Overview
Alfa Laval Corporate AB is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to manage the order-to-cash cycle for complex orders, coordinating warehousing, shipments and invoicing. You will be the main contact for customers, providing updates on order status and delivery dates while ensuring accurate documentation.
The role requires experience in customer care or order management, strong organisational skills, and proficiency with ERP systems and MS Office. English proficiency is essential, Italian a plus.
