Are you a reliable, hardworking FLT Driver looking for a night shift role with excellent earning potential and a three-day weekend?

We're recruiting for a Night Shift FLT Driver / Night Operative to join a busy processing operation in Dewsbury.

This isn't just a job where you'll sit on a forklift all night! We're looking for someone who enjoys variety, isn't afraid to get stuck in and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly.

💷 Pay, Hours & Benefits

📍 Location: Dewsbury

💰 Basic Pay: £14.65 per hour

💸 Overtime: Time and a half (£21.98 per hour)

⏰ Hours: Monday to Thursday, 6pm–6am

🌴 3-Day Weekend: Every Friday, Saturday and Sunday off!

🎁 Bonus Scheme: Up to £2,000 per year, subject to criteria

💷 Paid Hours: Potential for 52 paid hours per week, subject to completing a full working week and the applicable overtime arrangementsAn excellent opportunity to earn more while working just four nights a week!

🔧 The Role

As a Night Shift FLT Driver / Night Operative, you'll be helping to keep the site running efficiently, safely and smoothly throughout the night.

Your responsibilities will include:

🔹 Operating different types of machinery across the site

🔹 Using your FLT licence as part of your duties

🔹 Providing cover for colleagues during their breaks

🔹 Keeping the workplace clean, tidy and safe

🔹 Supporting the wider team with day-to-day operational duties

🔹 Following site Health & Safety procedures

Essential:

⭐ Willingness to undertake a variety of duties

⭐ Ability to work the advertised night shift pattern

🚀 Training & Starting

The site is currently in a project phase, with daytime working expected for approximately 2–3 weeks.

Our client is keen to find the right candidate and get their training underway as soon as possible, ahead of the night shift arrangements.
