FLT and Warehouse Operative

Location: Penistone, South Yorkshire

Salary: £30,000 per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00

Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

The Role

Our client is seeking a reliable and experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver / Warehouse & Yard Operative to join their busy operations team based in Penistone.

This is a hands-on role combining forklift operation with general warehouse and yard responsibilities, offering variety and the opportunity to work as part of a supportive and established team.

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck

Load and unload vehicles efficiently

Move, store and organise stock within the warehouse and yard

Carry out general warehouse and yard duties as required

Maintain high standards of housekeeping and health & safety

Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operationsCandidate Requirements

Valid, in-date accredited Counterbalance FLT licence (essential)

Previous warehouse and/or yard experience

Strong awareness of health and safety procedures

Reliable, hardworking and professional attitude

Ability to work both independently and as part of a teamWhat's on Offer

Monday to Friday working pattern with no weekend shifts
