What you'll be doing

• Keeping production lines moving efficiently
• Loading materials onto conveyors
• Operating a Counterbalance FLT (approx. 30% of your role)
• Sorting, stacking, and organising materials
• Supporting machinery and site operations
• Following health & safety procedures
• Completing basic paperwork

What we're looking for

• Valid Counterbalance FLT licence
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
