FLT Counterbalance Driver

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Due to a huge increase in work, and a site expansion, our client who is a leading drinks manufacturer based in Preston Brook is currently recruiting for a number of FLT Counterbalance Drivers.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced operation and play a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of stock across the site.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The ideal candidates will be required to;</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Move stock from production to holding area's</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Load & unload</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ensuring all yard operations are carried out safely and efficiently</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Reporting any defects, damage, or safety concerns to management</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Maintaining high housekeeping standards throughout the yard</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Conducting routine safety checks</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Support teams to ensure smooth site operations</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">What we're looking for:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experienced FLT background</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Strong awareness of health and safety procedures</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Good communication and organisational skills</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ability to work independently and as part of a team</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Flexible approach to working hours and operational</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The working hours are 7am - 7pm & 7pm - 7am, on a continental shift pattern consisting of days & nights</p>
