SOCOTEC recrute un Diagnostiqueur Immobilier pour réaliser diagnostics et prélèvements sur des chantiers dans le secteur Narbonne-Perpignan. Vous assurez la rédaction des rapports et le respect des délais, avec des déplacements réguliers et une interaction clientèle.
Le poste requiert une formation technique, une expérience dans les techniques du bâtiment et le sens du travail en équipe. Rémunération fixe annuelle 28 000 € à 32 000 €, plus une prime variable et un véhicule.
