<p class="text-muted mb-3">Major Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for a Reach Driver / Warehouse Operative to join our prestigious worldwide manufacturing client based in Chadderton.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">This is a great opportunity to join an industry leading manufacturing who excel in their field.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">A Reach FLT licence is essential to be considered for the role, an FLT Counterbalance licence is highly desirable although not essential.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">General duties to include:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">High level of accuracy with all Warehouse operations required</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Loading and unloading duties in a safe, controlled and efficient manner</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Storage of product correctly ensuring protection against damage with storage locations accurately recorded</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Accurate picking, appropriate packaging and timely dispatch of product</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Correct issue and receipt of materials and finished goods to and from Production</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Continuous cycle counting</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Control of Customer returned goods</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ensure accurate Navision entries are being made at all times</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ensure that a high level of housekeeping is maintained across the Warehouse at all times</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ensure appropriate manual handling techniques are being used by the Warehouse Team</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Use FLT and material handling equipment safely and competently</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Notify Manager of any Health and Safety hazardsThe above is a non-exhaustive list of duties, and you are expected to undertake any other duties as reasonably requested by your Manager</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Pay Rate: £13.16 per hour (Further pay increases once fully trained and permanent)</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Working Hours: fixed Afternoon shift Monday to Friday 2pm - 10.10pm (38 hours per week) training will be held on a day shift for approximately 4 weeks.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Skills and experience:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Reach FLT Licence (essential)</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Counterbalance FLT Licence (Highly desirable)</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience within a busy Warehouse environment (essential)</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ability to use initiative, delegate and deliver results</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Well organised, confident and self-motivated</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Proven strong leadership skills with a drive for continual improvement</p>
