About the Role We're looking for enthusiastic FLT Counterbalance Drivers to join a modern, well-organised logistics site in Woolston.
This is a long-term opportunity with permanent roles available after 13 weeks.

Shift Available:
Afternoon Shift:

• Monday till Friday / 2PM - 11PM

OR
Night Shift:

• Monday to Friday | 11PM–8AM

What You'll Be Doing

• Loading & unloading wagons
• Moving stock around the pallet yard
• Handling pallets, cages & larger items
• Stacking/unstacking pallets & working safely at all times
• Keeping the working area clean & organised
• Using a pump truck & supporting general warehouse tasks
• Working to deadlines in a busy warehouse environment

What We're Looking For
? Valid Counterbalance FLT Licence (RTITB/ITSSAR or in-house accepted)
? Minimum 6 months FLT driving experience
? Experience in a warehouse or logistics setting
? Comfortable with manual handling & heavy lifting
? Reliable, safety-conscious and a good team player
