FLT Driver

<p class="text-muted mb-3">DAYS ONLY, Monday to Friday, 1:30pm to 10:00pm. Temporary to Permanent role, joining a recognised industry leader as an FLT Driver. We are looking for a reliable and proactive FLT Driver who enjoys working as part of a team, maintaining high standards and supporting continuous improvement. <p class="text-muted mb-3">Overtime available at enhanced rates of 1.5x and 2x after 48 hours</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">31 days' holiday pro rata, increasing upon permanent employment</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Location: Whittlesey, commutable from Peterborough, Stamford, Huntingdon, March, Spalding, Bourne, Wisbech, Grantham, Oundle, Ely, Corby, Kettering, Bedford and Northampton</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Valid Fork Lift Truck (FLT) licence</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Previous manufacturing or production experience desirable</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ability to work to quality and safety standards</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience monitoring machinery and reporting faults</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Comfortable carrying out product quality checks</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Full UK driving licence due to site locationMain Responsibilities of an FLT Driver</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Safely and efficiently operate Fork Lift Trucks</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Operate production machinery, with full training provided</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Produce high-quality products in line with required standards</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Monitor machinery performance and report any issues</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Carry out product quality checks and escalate concerns where required</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Carry out manual handling and movement of products</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Maintain excellent housekeeping standards and support 5S activities, including daily cleaning</p>
