<p class="text-muted mb-3">Day shift: 06:30-15:00</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Afternoon shift: 14:30-23:00</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">We are currently recruiting Food Production Operatives to join a fast-growing food manufacturing company based in Milton Keynes.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">You'll be working as part of a busy production team, helping to manufacture and prepare high-quality food products while maintaining excellent food safety and hygiene standards.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The Role</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">. Place dough balls into clean trays according to PJ Food Service standards.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Monitor productivity standards by analyzing metrics surrounding key performance indicators. Recommend/implement ways to improve performance.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Insure all dough trays are properly dated, stack and down-stack proper number of trays and maintain rotation practices at proper cooling temperature(s).</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Maintain and document Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards on cleanliness and sanitation to insure product is free of contamination or foreign material.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Presoak dough trays and process through tray washer.</p>
