<p class="text-muted mb-3">Details of a Food Production Operative:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Rate of Pay: £15.10 per hour for day shifts and £17.32 per hour for night shifts</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Hours of Work: Monday to Thursday, rotating 6am-6pm and 6pm-6am shifts</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Location: Cambridge</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Duration: Ongoing</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Role of a Food Production Operative:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Operating and taking ownership of production processes to meet business targets</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Working within a team to deliver high-volume production</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Monitoring the production area to achieve safety, quality, cost, delivery and performance targets</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Controlling production processes to ensure products meet legal and quality</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Comfortable carrying out manual handling duties</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Able to work rotating day and night shifts</p>
