<p class="text-muted mb-3">We are currently recruiting Food Production Operatives to join a fast-growing vegan food manufacturing company based in Milton Keynes.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals to work in a modern food production environment helping to produce high-quality vegan products.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The role involves working as part of a production team, ensuring products are manufactured, handled, and prepared for dispatch safely and efficiently while maintaining strict food safety and hygiene standards.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Operating and monitoring machinery used to produce vegan food mixes</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Working on a fast-paced vegan food production line</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Feeding production lines with required stock and materials</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Loading and unloading deliveries and wagons</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Identifying, labelling, and preparing pallets for dispatch</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Carrying out stock control and reporting any product damage or issues</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Performing manual handling and heavy lifting where required</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Working within a chilled environment</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ensuring all products meet company quality standards</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Maintaining a clean and organised working area</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Strictly adhering to all health & safety policies and food hygiene regulations</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ability to work in a physically demanding role with regular manual handling</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Comfortable working in a chilled production environment</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Good attention to detail and ability to follow procedures</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Strong teamwork and communication skills</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Willingness to comply with workplace policies, including no jewellery or makeup in production areas</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Must be willing to undergo occasional drug and alcohol testing</p>
