<p class="text-muted mb-3">Vanta Staffing is recruiting Food Production Operatives to join a busy and growing fresh food manufacturing company in the Wimbledon / South West London area.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">This is an ongoing Monday-to-Friday position offering regular work for reliable candidates. Immediate starts are available.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Due to the location of this role and the need for reliable daily attendance, we are specifically looking for candidates living in South West London or surrounding areas with a reasonable commute to Wimbledon.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">You will work as part of a busy production team preparing and manufacturing fresh food products.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Your duties will include:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Preparing and handling fresh food ingredients</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Weighing and measuring ingredients accurately</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Portioning and shaping food products</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Operating basic food production equipment and machinery</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Packing and labelling finished products</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Checking products for quality and consistency</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Moving ingredients, products and materials around the production area</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Keeping your work area clean and hygienic</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Following strict food hygiene, quality and Health & Safety procedures</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Working at a consistent pace to meet daily production</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Who Are We Looking For?</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">This role would suit someone who has previously worked within food production, food manufacturing, a bakery, commercial kitchen, catering, food preparation or a similar fast-paced environment.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Previous food production experience is an advantage; however, full training can be provided to reliable candidates with the right attitude and transferable experience.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Hard-working with a good work ethic</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Comfortable working in a busy, hands-on environment</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Conscious of food hygiene, cleanliness and Health & Safety</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Able to maintain a good working pace throughout your shift</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Able to travel reliably to Wimbledon / South West London every day</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Reliability is extremely important. We are looking for people who genuinely want regular, ongoing work.</p>
