<p class="text-muted mb-3">£14.35 p/h - AM Shift (06:00 - 14:00, Monday to Friday)</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">£15.10 p/h - PM Shift (14:00 - 22:00, Monday to Friday)</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">We are currently recruiting motivated and reliable Counterbalance FLT Drivers to join our client's warehouse team in Ashby De La Zouch.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">This is a fast-paced warehouse role involving the safe and efficient operation of a Counterbalance Forklift Truck, alongside general warehouse duties.</p>

<h5 class="fw-bold text-success mt-4 mb-3">Key Responsibilities</h5>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Safely operate a Counterbalance FLT to load, unload and move stock around the warehouse</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Transport goods safely and efficiently within the warehouse and yard areas</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Load and unload vehicles as required</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Carry out general warehouse and manual handling duties</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Follow all site health and safety procedures</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Work effectively as part of a team to meet operational targets</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">A valid and in-date Counterbalance FLT licence is essential</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Previous Counterbalance FLT driving experience</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Previous warehouse experience</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Good understanding of health and safety procedures</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling duties</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Reliable, punctual and flexible</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Must be able to work the assigned shift pattern</p>
