Job Description & Overview
Croydon Health Services NHS Trust is seeking an established Occupational Therapist Team Lead (Band 7) to join the Senior OT team across Orthopaedic, Surgical and Medical wards. You will lead a multidisciplinary therapy service, supervise teams, and drive service improvement to optimise patient pathways.
The post requires substantial post-qualification experience, HCPC registration, and a track record of leading and developing OT practice within NHS settings. Interview date: WB 9th November.
