<p class="text-muted mb-3">Acorn by Synergie is recruiting an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join a well-established and growing foundry in Yeovil.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and motivated forklift driver looking for long-term, full-time employment, with opportunities for training, development and career progression.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Working within a busy manufacturing environment, you'll play an important role in safely moving materials and finished products around the site while supporting the wider production team.</p>

<h5 class="fw-bold text-success mt-4 mb-3">Key Duties</h5>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Safely operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Load and unload materials, stock and finished products.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Move materials safely around the production and foundry areas.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Support production operations when required.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Carry out forklift checks and report any issues.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Follow all Health & Safety procedures and site rules.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence is essential.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Previous counterbalance forklift experience within a manufacturing, warehouse or industrial environment.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Good understanding of Health & Safety procedures.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Reliable, hardworking and punctual.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Strong teamworking skills.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Flexible approach and willingness to support wider production activities.</p>
