<p class="text-muted mb-3">You'll coordinate day-to-day import and export shipments, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth operational processes.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Responsibilities include:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Managing multimodal freight shipments from start to finish</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Liaising with clients, suppliers and overseas offices</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Monitoring shipment progress and resolving operational queries</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Processing client invoices and supplier costs within agreed KPIs</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Maintaining high service standards and identifying process improvements</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Understanding of import and export procedures</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ability to manage workloads and build strong working relationships</p>
