<p class="text-muted mb-3">We're working with a fast-growing freight business in Lichfield that is looking to add to its commercial team.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">This is a great opportunity for someone with freight, transport, logistics or B2B sales experience who enjoys winning new business, building relationships and working in a fast-paced environment.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The role</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Develop new business opportunities and generate new customer accounts</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Build and maintain strong relationships with customers</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Prepare and negotiate freight quotations</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Work closely with the operations team to ensure customers receive a high level of service</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to conversion</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Achieve agreed sales and revenue targets</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience in freight, logistics, transport or B2B sales would be advantageous</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Confident communicator with a commercial mindset</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Comfortable developing new business and picking up the phone</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Strong relationship-building and customer service skills</p>
