Main Duties:

You will be in charge of managing customer orders from initial entry through to dispatch, ensuring accuracy, timely fulfilment and smooth communication throughout the process.

The Role:

• Process and manage customer orders accurately from entry through to dispatch.
• Check pricing, lead times, customer details and required documentation.
• Monitor orders and proactively update customers on progress, delays or issues.
• Resolve order discrepancies and work with internal teams to remove any blockers.
• Maintain accurate customer and order data using the company's CRM system
• Support the wider Customer Service team and contribute to a high-quality customer experience.

The Candidate:

• Fluent in both French and German - essential requirement
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Excellent organisation and prioritising skills with attention to detail
• Dynamic, proactive and confident personality
