<p class="text-muted mb-3">The Best Connection is recruiting on behalf of our client in Astley Bridge, Bolton. We're looking for a highly experienced Gas Counterbalance FLT Driver to join a busy outdoor production and yard environment.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">🔧 Your duties will include:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">✅ Loading and unloading pallets using a Gas Counterbalance FLT</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">✅ Driving into bays and manoeuvring in very tight spaces</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">✅ Working within a busy outdoor yard and production area</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">✅ Helping with general yard duties when required</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">✅ Following all health & safety procedures</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">👷 What we're looking for:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">🚨 Valid, in-date Gas Counterbalance FLT licence is essential</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">🚜 Extensive hands-on FLT driving experience is essential</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">🎯 You must be confident manoeuvring an FLT in very tight spaces and driving into bays</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">💪 Physically fit and happy working outdoors</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">🗣️ Good level of English and basic maths skills</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">⭐ Reliable with a strong work ethic</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Please note: This role requires a very experienced FLT driver, not simply someone who holds a licence. A short practical induction/assessment will be completed to ensure you are confident and able to operate safely within the restricted spaces on site.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">⏰ Shift pattern:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Training week: Monday-Friday, 07:00-16:00</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Following training, rotating weekly shifts:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">🌅 Week 1: Monday-Friday, 06:00-14:30</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">🌇 Week 2: Monday-Friday, 14:00-22:00</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Flexibility may be required for earlier starts when needed.</p>
