£200 – £250 per day | £1,000 – £1,250 per week

PK Education is recruiting an enthusiastic and experienced Music Teacher to join City Academy, a vibrant inner-city secondary school in the heart of Birmingham, starting after the October half-term break!

The Role

Deliver exciting and engaging Music lessons across KS3 and KS4

Inspire students through practical music-making, performance and creativity

Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management, maintaining clear expectations and positive relationships

Engage and motivate students of varying abilities and backgrounds

Create a structured, positive and inclusive learning environment

Support students in developing confidence, creativity and musical skills

We're Looking For:

An experienced, enthusiastic Music Teacher with QTS/QTLS, excellent subject knowledge and, most importantly, proven classroom and behaviour management skills.

This is a busy and sometimes challenging inner-city school, so the successful candidate must be confident, adaptable and resilient, with the ability to establish routines, build relationships and maintain high standards from day one.

£200 – £250 per day

£1,000 – £1,250 per week
