3D Personnel are seeking a Groundworker / Dumper Driver for a construction project in Lodsworth, Petworth, West Sussex. You will operate a forward tipping dumper, move materials, and support groundwork tasks on site.
The role requires a valid CSCS card, a Forward Tipping Dumper ticket (CPCS or NPORS), and an EUSR Water Hygiene card, with prior site experience. You must be reliable, safety-minded, and able to work with site management and trades to keep progress on track.
