Class 2 Delivery Driver,

to join our Cormar Carpets team in

Sherburn,

LS25 6JH. You'll be working on a full time, permanent basis

50 hours

per week

Monday to Friday

starting at

06:00.

You will be responsible for multidrop deliveries to warehouses and stores. Opportunities for career development and progression, as well as training enrichment and multiskilling, in a dynamic working environment What you'll do on a typical day: Driving a Class 2 vehicle in full compliance with road traffic laws, vehicle regulations, and company procedures Multidrop deliveries to high street stores and warehouses, ensuring accurate handling, secure transportation, and timely delivery This is a physically demanding role, duties including lifting, loading, unloading, and handballing stock Provide excellent customer service while collecting and accurately recording product returns Complete vehicle safety checks, maintained tachograph records, reported defects, and always ensure vehicle and stock security What you need to succeed at GXO: A full UK driving licence with category Class 2 entitlement A valid Driver Qualification Card A valid Digital Tachograph Card No more than 6 current penalty points No DR, DG, DD, BA, CD, LC or TT99 endorsements with a conviction date within the previous 5 years Excellent Time management skills and comfortable in working to deadlines, excellent communication and customer service skills are essential We engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.
