The Somerset NHS Foundation Trust recruits a Speech and Language Therapist to join the Community Team for Adults with Learning Disabilities. You will assess and treat adults with communication and dysphagia needs, delivering person-centred care and liaising with families and multidisciplinary colleagues.

With strong commitment to safeguarding, documentation and service development, you’ll participate in supervision, CPD and regional training, travelling across Somerset to support service users
