We are seeking a commercially minded, highly organised Manager to work in partnership with the owners of a long-established, successful business with an outstanding reputation, loyal client base and exciting plans for future growth. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant or Retail Manager who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands‑on operational management. As the owners' trusted partner, you will oversee the day‑to‑day running of the business, support commercial decision‑making, lead the team, and identify opportunities to drive continued growth and profitability. The Role Working directly alongside the owners, you will: Manage the day‑to‑day operations of the business, ensuring exceptional service and operational excellence. Act as the owners' trusted business partner, supporting strategic planning and business priorities. Lead, motivate and develop a high‑performing team. Oversee business performance, operational efficiency and commercial outcomes. Build strong relationships with staff, clients, suppliers and external partners. Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase revenue and support sustainable growth. About You You'll bring: Experience working closely with an entrepreneur, founder or business owner. A background as a Business Manager, Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Operations Manager or a similar role with significant operational responsibility. Strong commercial awareness and sound business judgement. Excellent organisational and project management skills. Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop teams. Confidence managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
