<p class="text-muted mb-3">Rapier Employment is recruiting HGV 2 Drivers for a leading operation in Northampton (NN4). Offering immediate starts, regular work and a temp-to-perm opportunity after 12 weeks, subject to performance and compliance.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">• Weekday AM: £16.68 per hour</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">• Weekday Overtime: £22.18 per hour</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">• Weekend Day: £20.85 per hour</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">• Weekend Overtime: £22.18 per hour</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">• Holiday Pay on top</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Shifts</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">• Start times between 04:00am–08:00am</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">• 5 on / 3 off</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">• Average 9–10 hour shifts</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">• Consistent work with a good work-life balance</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The Role</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">• 4–6 multi-drop deliveries per shift</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">• Retail store deliveries</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">• Cage and pallet work</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">• Safe and timely deliveries</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">• Licence held for a minimum of 6 months</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">• Minimum 3 months HGV 2 experience</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">• Maximum 6 points</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">• No DR, DD or IN endorsements</p>
