Job Description & Overview

Night Senior Carer role at a Barchester care home. You will supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager, and support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans or care reviews.

You will always respect residents' dignity and preferences, contributing to a warm, welcoming and vibrant environment. We seek NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, with knowledge of elderly clinical care.
