You will conduct legal due diligence, draft acquisition contracts, and assist across negotiation phases, mergers, reorganizations, and related corporate matters. • Legal due diligence activities
• Drafting contracts related to acquisition transactions (company and share deals) and supporting negotiations
• Legal assistance in extraordinary transactions and preparation of corporate documentation (mergers, demergers, contributions, reorganizations)
• Preparation of opinions and notes on corporate and commercial matters
• Doctrinal and case law research activities

• At least 3 years experience in a leading firms or Legal consulting
• Master's degree in Law with grade higher than 105/110
• Excellent knowledge of the English language
• Excellent knowledge of the Office package
• Excellent interpersonal and team working skills
