Job Description & Overview
Ashlea Court Care Home is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to support the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care for residents with complex needs, including dementia and other long-term conditions. You will oversee medications, monitor wellbeing, and respond to changes across a structured, supportive environment.
You will work closely with the team to guide Care Assistants, maintain accurate records, and communicate with families and healthcare professionals.
