Intercompany HUB Team Leader

Lead and coordinate the daily operations of the Intercompany team (partner settlements & intercompany invoicing)

Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness of all performed activities and closing processes (Intercompany reconciliation)

Establish solid understanding of end-to-end accounting processes within area

Provide technical guidance and support to team members in complex accounting matters

Drive process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and operational excellence

Due to the people management responsibilities and the nature of the role, regular presence in the office will be beneficial to ensure effective collaboration and team support

• A university degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
• Proven experience in a similar role
• Prior experience in leading or managing a team
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Experience in managing finance and accounting processes
• SAP knowledge (FI/CO modules) - a strong plus
• Experience in an international, multicultural environment (preferably SSC/BPO)
• Strong MS Office skills, especially in Excel
